This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies to customers using Chatpont services operated by Autom Mate Corporation. This DPA supplements the Chatpont Terms of Service.
1. Roles of the Parties
Customer acts as the Data Controller.
Chatpont / Autom Mate acts as the Data Processor.
2. Purpose of Processing
Customer data is processed solely for:
- operating the Chatpont platform,
- enabling AI agents,
- workflow execution,
- analytics,
- support,
- security,
- and service improvement.
3. Hosting and Infrastructure
Chatpont services are primarily hosted in:
AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt)
Infrastructure providers may include:
- AWS
- Cloudflare
- Stripe
- monitoring providers
- communication providers
4. Security Measures
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including:
- encryption in transit,
- access controls,
- audit logging,
- infrastructure monitoring,
- backup procedures,
- vulnerability management.
5. Subprocessors
Chatpont may use subprocessors necessary to operate the platform.
Current subprocessors may include:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Cloudflare
- Stripe
- analytics and monitoring providers
6. International Transfers
Customer data is primarily stored within the EU region.
Where international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are applied where required by law.
7. Data Subject Requests
Customers may request:
- access,
- correction,
- export,
- or deletion of personal data.

8. Deletion
Upon account termination, customer data will be deleted within a commercially reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.
