- and activities performed under your account.
You must provide accurate information.
3. Free and Paid Plans
Chatpont may offer:

- monthly subscriptions,
- usage-based features,
- or premium plans.
Pricing may change in the future with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- abuse the platform,
- interfere with service operation,
- upload malicious code,
- violate applicable laws,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- reverse engineer the service,
- or use the service for unlawful activities.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of Customer Data submitted to Chatpont.

Chatpont is provided as a productivity and automation platform, not as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
7. Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Scheduled maintenance, outages, or third-party provider interruptions may occur.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
